Back from wales with Baabraaa!!!

Im back, from wales, feeling exhausted, aching but rather pleased with the whole experience. Sure, the food was crap, it was like being at an army camp, but that doesn't matter, because I got to know some new people and some not new people better!

We did lots of team bonding activities, had to trust each other alot, got petrified a hell of alot (well, i did anyway!) and did loads of exercise and ended up with aching muscles a plenty. We didnt get to ride the sheep down the hills, awww!

We did get to build a raft and go sailing around a boat, which was bloody knackering due to the gale force winds pushing at us on the way back and making us nearly crash into boats, we got to climb up artificial walls, which i just could not do, I was hopeless, the little nobs you grab hold of and put your feet on were all too small and too far apart! We got blindfolded alot, and had to be directed throught the woods at night blindfolded over, around and through all these obstacles, the hardest being tyres which we needed to crawl through, that was hard, and crawling downhill, that was just scary (for anyone who doesnt know, i hate going downhill at the best of times, so doing it blindfolded on all fours was awful!)

The best thing I achieved was clinbing up this woden pole, about as high as a house, maybe a little higher, then having to jump off the top of it, with a body harness on of course, and go swinging all over the place. I was shit scared, but I did it. I made the funniest face ever and made the whole class laugh cos I looked so scared, and then got a hug off suzy, lee n jon when i got back on ground as i was hysterically laughing and shaking like a bloody leaf! An adrenaline rush n a half, still not deciphered if that was a nice feeling or not!

We also had a trip to the pub, which was ok, except for the extortionately priced drinks £8.80 for a pint of carling and a vodbull! Could of got 4 pints and 4 vodka lemonades down the symphony for that and still have change! And of course, lunging away in a bid to escape the impending beard monster trying to eat me was also quite fun! (ask and I'l tell you more) lol!

Anyhows, thats pretty much everything that happened on our fabulous trip to Aberdovey! I can tell you are all soooo jelous! hahaha! kisses and hugs all around xoxoxox
